Delivery, returns and your rights

• Total price: the price on each item is what you pay, including delivery to a UK or US address and any VAT or sales tax that applies. UK buyers pay in pounds; US buyers pay the dollar price shown. No extra charges at checkout.
• Delivery: every item is printed when you order by our print partner, usually 2–5 working days to print, then 2–6 working days to deliver. You'll get tracking when it ships. We deliver to UK and US addresses only.
• 14-day right to cancel: if you're a consumer you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item. Email [email protected], then send the item back unused and unworn within 14 days of telling us; you pay the return postage. We refund the price, including the original delivery, within 14 days of getting it back (or proof that you've sent it).
• Faulty, damaged or misprinted? Email a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
• Designs are original to Rhinehart Studio. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed item.
• Beauty tools are different: they come from our supplier, UK delivery only, usually 5–10 working days. See beauty delivery and returns.

Printed to order, so there are no countdowns or "only 3 left" messages here: there's no stock to run out of.
