- Delivery: these items are sent from our supplier's warehouse in China, usually 5–10 working days to UK addresses. We place your order within 1 working day and email you tracking when it ships. Order by 5 December for UK Christmas delivery. If we can't deliver within 30 days, you can cancel for a full refund.
- 14-day right to cancel: if you're a consumer you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Email [email protected], then send the items back unused within 14 days of telling us; you pay the return postage (to a UK address we'll give you). We refund the price, including the original delivery, within 14 days of getting them back (or proof that you've sent them).
- Hygiene items: makeup sponges and reusable cotton pads can only be returned if they are unopened in their sealed packaging. The rest of a set can still be returned.
- Faulty, damaged or not as described? Email a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
