What's in every page
- One page, up to 6 sections, such as intro, services, prices, about, FAQ and contact. Built mobile-first and fast-loading.
- Your words and photos, tidied up. We edit your copy for clarity and grammar. We don't invent facts, prices, credentials, reviews or results.
- One main call to action: call, email, a link to the booking tool you already use, or a simple enquiry form on a form service in your own account.
- Cookie consent. By default the page sets no non-essential cookies. If you want analytics or embeds such as maps or videos, they only load after the visitor accepts, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- A privacy notice page (UK) or privacy policy page (US), drafted from our template using your answers. It's a template, not legal advice: you check it before the page goes live.
- WCAG 2.1 AA basics: text contrast of at least 4.5:1, alt text, a logical heading order, labelled form fields, keyboard access and visible focus. We check with automated tools (axe-core) and by hand.
- Business details shown properly, such as your UK company name, number and registered office, if you give them to us.
- Basic SEO: page title, description, headings, social preview, sitemap and robots file.
- A Compliance Check report on the finished page, using UK checks for UK orders and US checks for US orders. It's included in the build, not a separate purchase.
A first version arrives within 5 working days of your completed questionnaire and assets. Each of the 2 revision rounds comes back within 2 working days.

Care Plan: what it covers
- A monthly check that the page loads, the HTTPS certificate is valid and the contact route works
- A reminder if your domain is close to expiring
- Up to 30 minutes of small text or image edits a month, done within 3 working days of your request (unused time doesn't roll over)
- A monthly re-scan against the same cookie, privacy and accessibility basics, with a short email note
Not included: hosting or domain fees, new sections, redesigns, or work beyond 30 minutes a month. Cancel any time; the plan stops at the end of the current billing month.
How it works
- You order. We email you a short questionnaire about your business, your page and your hosting.
- You send your answers, copy, logo and photos. Your 5 working days start once we have everything.
- We build the page and run our Compliance Check on it. AI tools help with drafting, and a person at Rhinehart Studio checks everything before it's sent to you.
- You review it and send up to 2 rounds of changes.
- We hand over the files, or deploy the page to your own hosting account if you've invited us as a collaborator.
What's not included
- Extra pages, online shops, payments, logins or a blog. This is one page. Email us first if you need more.
- Writing your copy from scratch, logo design or photography. We edit what you give us and can use free, properly licensed stock images.
- Hosting and domain fees. You own and pay for your domain and hosting. We can use a free static host in your own name, and we never take ownership of your domain.
- Your passwords. We never ask for them. To have us deploy, invite us as a collaborator on your own account and remove us whenever you like.
- Legal advice or a full accessibility audit. We build to recognised basics and give you a report. Questions about your legal position should go to a qualified adviser.
- Reviews or testimonials we write. We'll only show real ones you can evidence and have permission to use.

Does this make my website legally compliant?
No one can promise that, and we don't. We build in the recognised basics for cookies, privacy and accessibility, and give you a report. Your privacy notice is a template filled from your answers, and you're responsible for checking it is accurate for your business.
Who owns the page?
You do. Once you've paid, the finished files are yours, and so are your content, domain and hosting account.
Where will my page be hosted?
In your own account. That can be a free static host such as Netlify or Cloudflare Pages, or your existing host. We give you clear instructions for pointing your domain at it, or we can just send the files.
I already have a website. Can I just get it checked?
Yes. The Compliance Check (£79, or $99 in the US) reports on the site you already have, without building anything new.
Can you add reviews from my customers?
Only real reviews that you can evidence and have permission to use. We won't write, invent or reword reviews. Fake reviews are banned in the UK, and US FTC rules apply too.
Do I need to pay the ICO fee?
Many UK businesses that handle personal data must pay the ICO data protection fee. See our guide to the ICO fee. We can't register or pay it for you.
Who does the work?
Rhinehart Studio, a small studio based in Scotland. We work by email, in UK or US English as you prefer.

Terms in brief
- Fixed scope and flat fee, paid up front. One page, up to 6 sections, 2 revision rounds. Extra work only on a written quote you agree first.
- Your content, your responsibility. You own your content and supply accurate business details and claims.
- Not legal advice. The privacy notice or policy is a template you must check.
- No guarantees of legal compliance, search rankings, enquiries or sales.
- Hosting and domain are yours. You pay your providers directly, and DNS and renewals are your responsibility. We never ask for your passwords.
- Consumers can cancel within 14 days of ordering. If you ask us to start sooner, you pay for work already done. Full terms.
