What we collect and why
When you book we use your name, contact details and appointment notes (for example the colour used, and the date of your skin allergy alert test) to provide the service safely. Allergy information is treated as health data and kept only for as long as you are a client, plus 2 years (placeholder period).
Our lawful bases are: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract; legal obligations (for example tax records); and, for optional news emails only, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business (for example email and accounting software), under contract, and only as needed. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
