What never goes into a chatbot
A taste of the one-pager every package includes:
- Customer names, addresses, phone numbers and emails: write "[NAME]" and add details yourself afterwards
- Anyone's health information, and children's details
- Bank and card details, passwords, login codes and ID numbers
- Whole email threads or customer spreadsheets: copy only the sentence you need help with
Under UK GDPR you are responsible for your customers' personal data, even as a one-person business. The ICO publishes guidance for small businesses at ico.org.uk.
FAQ
Do we need a phone or video call?
No. Everything is done by email: a questionnaire, your files, and written answers to your questions.
Which AI tool do I need?
Whichever you already use; the prompts work in most major chatbots, including their free plans. If you don't use one yet, we'll suggest one based on your answers.
Will you log in to my accounts?
No. We never ask for passwords, access or customer data. You paste the instructions in yourself, following step-by-step notes.
Is this legal advice?
No. The one-pager and the AI use policy are practical templates based on UK GDPR basics and ICO guidance, tailored from your answers. For legal advice, consult a solicitor.
Will it save me a set number of hours?
We can't promise that. It depends on your work and how often you use the prompts. You'll get prompts aimed at the jobs you tell us take longest, plus checks so the drafts stay accurate.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Consumers can cancel within 14 days of ordering. If you ask us to start sooner, you pay for work already done, and once the service is fully delivered the right to cancel ends. See our terms.
